The stink pipe or stack keeps the outhouse smelling fresh giving lots of fresh air inside with a screen window on the door. As well featuring an easy access door built in at the back to make clean outs easier!
The outhouse sits on 4x4” runners/skids with hardware included making future site location moves much easier by being able to drag it around with a four wheeler or gas winch.
This unit is shown with Lifetime wood product treatment already applied, which can be added for $150 per unit as an extra charge. Otherwise you’ll enjoy a natural white or red pine to naturally age,
With a peak roof covered in black steel coupled with board and batten construction outside, treated or not the expected lifetime for this outhouse is 15+ years or more!
